• Option 1:
  • Boil contents in 2 quarts of water. Strain mixture and pour liquid into half bath tub of water. Mix well and stay in tub about 7 minutes while bathing & reflect on your desires.
• Options 2:
  • Boil contents in 2 quarts of water. Strain mixture and pour liquid into half full bucket of water. Mix well and rinse with mixture. Do so for about 7 minutes while reflecting on your desires.

Results:

Some of my clients see results fairly quickly but for others it can be several weeks. Variables including the severity of the wearer's problems/obstacles and their belief in the product determine how fast a client notices results.
