• Option 1: Wear as any regular ring on a daily basis.

• Option 2: You can also use this ring. as a pendant and wear it as a necklace. Be sure to use it on a daily basis.

Some of my clients see results fairly quickly but for others it can be several weeks. Variables including the severity of the wearer's problems/obstacles and their belief in the product determine how fast a client notices results.
