  • Can I change the shipping address for my order?
    Depends! We are more than happy to change the shipping address of your order as long as it hasn't entered our packaging process! Please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you. We recommend becoming a site member for smoother communication. Make sure to include your full name, order number and the updated address. We can only change your shipping address if the order has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that shipping address changes may be limited during periods of high order volume.
  • Can I change the billing address for my order?
    Hello there, unfortunately we are unable to change or edit the billing address for an order. But do not worry! If you received an order confirmation email, that means your order was placed successfully. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will receive your order soon!
  • Can I change the email address for my order?
