How do copyallycat services work?

While the majority of our services can take up to 3 weeks to complete, we suggest carefully reading the descriptions for each service you may be interested in. Each service serves different purposes and therefore require different information from the purchaser.
After purchasing any of our candle services, you will NOT get a call at the time/day of the appointment. Candles used for our services will vary depending on candle availability. copyallycat adds special secret oil mixtures to each candle service in order to enhance the effectiveness of the candle work.
Candle updates are primarily sent via the email used when checking out. And for some of our services, before completing your purchase, you have the option to select a differnt communication method.
Why do your services say "for entertainment purposes only"?

Hi, there are two reasons we put this disclaimer. The first one is that although it may be hard to believe, tarot reading is not necessarily legal in some places in the United States unless they are for entertainment purposes only. The second reason is because there are some clients who do not like what they hear in their readings. And in the event that a client decides to take drastic measures, we do not wish to be held responsible for those actions.

From there on, Ally gets working her magic and will personally contact you for further recommendations from her part.

Spell Perfumes (Rollers, sprays and oils)
Our specialty is aromatherapy! In order to activate our roller spells/perfumes, all you have to do is apply the perfume on your neck or wrists. Be sure to not use more than two roller spells at the time (you can alternate between them). Our spray spells can be sprayed as many times you want and as many times you wish throughout the day. In order to use our oil spells, all you have to do is add a few drops into your hand and massage it between your hands before applying it to your neck and wrists.
Magic Candles

Unlike regular candles, our candles are magical! But they still work like a regular one. Simply light them up and let them do their magic! * Remember to never leave a burning candle unattended *
Magic Soaps
​
Our soaps may serve different purposes but they are activated the same way. Simply cleanse from head to toes while avoiding the face. Our soaps are for external use only!

When are out of stock items restocked?

We do our best to always have products in stock! If we don’t have in stock a product you like, give us a week or two to restock. We suggest following our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts to be the first one to find out about our restocks and sales!
What are last call items?
​
Sometimes, our team likes to get a little more creative than usual and we release limited edition items! Unfortunately, some of our ingredie nts are seasonal. This means we are only able to sell them once. Hence, they are last call items.
